Returns and exchanges
Merchandise may be returned if in NEW AND UNUSED condition within 30 days of purchase date. Custom orders, used merchandise, and merchandise bought on sale may not be returnable, or may be subject to a restocking fee.
Returns and Exchanges (In-Store):
We strive to keep our customers completely satisfied. If you receive an item and are not 100% satisfied with it, please bring your item(s) back to us with the original tags and receipt (exclusions may apply to some customers). If you purchased your item(s) with a card, please have the card that you purchased your item(s) with at the time of return.
Returns and Exchanges (Online):
We strive to keep our customers completely satisfied. If you receive an item and are not 100% satisfied with it, please fill out the return form on this page, or email us with your name, email, phone number and reason for return to receive a return reference number.
Once you receive a return reference number from us, simply ship your NEW AND UNUSED item(s) back to us within 30 days of your purchase date. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs. We suggest you use UPS, Insured U.S. Mail, or FedEx to ensure your product makes it back safely to our facility. Items that show evidence of use may be subject to a restocking fee.
Please allow 6-10 business days from the date you shipped the item(s) for your return to be processed.
